Dress for a cozy night on the coast - think layers in case of fog. Denim encouraged, leave your ties at home!
The majority of the event will take place on a lawn; we recommend flat shoes.
This event is indoor/outdoor with heaters.
Parking is available, though we encourage guests to Uber!

SHUTTLES
All guests are required to take the shuttle, as cars or ubers are not permitted.
Shuttles will depart from the Carmel Plaza at the corner of Junipero & Ocean Ave. promptly at 3:00 PM
Return shuttles will be available throughout the night.
WESTERN CHIC
Our Ceremony will take place outdoors in a grove of Redwood trees.
Cowboy hats, boots and bolo ties encouraged!
GETTING TO CARMEL
Carmel is located 2.5 hours south of San Francisco, 1.5 hours south of San Jose, & just north of Big Sur. You can fly into San Francisco or San Jose and drive, or connect to Monterey Regional Airport.
If you plan to explore the area at length on your own, we recommend renting a car. However, a car is not needed for wedding related events. The Welcome Party is a short Uber ride from Carmel, and we will have shuttles to & from the wedding venue.

WHERE TO STAY
We recommend staying in Carmel-by-the-Sea — a charming town just a few minutes away from Pebble Beach. Here is a selection of hotels, priced low to high, that are within walking distance or a short Uber ride to the wedding shuttle pickup.
Every weekend in Carmel is considered "high season" in Carmel, so we encourage booking early!

WEDDING SHUTTLES
Saturday, April 17
Shuttles will depart promptly from the Carmel Plaza at the SW corner of Ocean Ave. & Junipero Street at 3:00pm. All guests are required to shuttle, as no cars or ubers are permitted within the gates of the Santa Lucia Preserve.
Return shuttles will be available throughout the evening.

17-MILE DRIVE
The iconic scenic coastal drive through Pebble Beach and Pacific Grove - a must do if you haven't been here before!
POINT LOBOS
With 12 different hiking trails, Point Lobos is one of California’s most picturesque coastal gems, known for its dramatic cliffs, crystal-clear waters, and diverse wildlife.
BIG SUR
California's most spectacular coastline, about an hour drive from Carmel. If you make the trek, don't miss Nepenthe for lunch.
